Industrial Automation

Industrial automation refers to the use of advanced technologies, control systems, and machinery to automate industrial processes and operations. Industrial automation finds application across a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, Dairy, Oil and Gas, WTP, Cement, Energy, and more. The ultimate goal is to increase productivity, improve product quality, reduce operational costs, enhance safety, and provide a competitive edge in today’s dynamic industrial landscape. We are commonly using LEUZE, IFM, WIKA, BARKSDALE, OMRON, HMS, SAN TELEQUIP & our own devices.

Industrial Sensors & Actuators

 Switching & Measuring Sensors: Proximity, Photoelectric, Ultrasonic, Magnetic, Color & Contrast, Fibre Optic, Label Sensors, Encoders, LVDT etc.
 Process Sensors: Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature, Humidity, Conductivity, Gas sensors etc.
 Safety Sensors: Light Curtain, Laser Scanner, Radar system, Proximity, Locking devices, Pull cord, Safety relay, etc.
 Industrial Control Systems: (ICS) are specialized computer-based systems used to monitor and control industrial processes. PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, VFD, etc.

Wireless Technology

Refers to the transfer of information or data between devices without the use of physical cables or wires. Some common types of wireless technologies are Wi-Fi, BLE, NFC, GSM, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, etc. This technology commonly used in IoT (Internet of Things) applications such as smart cities, agriculture, Manufacturing Industries and environmental monitoring, etc..
We are using our own devices OR customer specified make as per application suitability.
